The hotel is situated in the heart of Umbria giving easy access to numerous 1/2 day or full day trips.
Half day excursions could include trips to Todi, Collevalenza and Deruta which has many small potteries specializing in hand painted ceramics. San Gemini a small medieval centre with nearby the roman ruins of ancient Carsulae, the Falls of Marmore, Lake Piediluco, and Narni to mention but a few.
Full day trips could take in Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi,city of St. Francis, Spello, Orvieto, Spoleto and Montefalco (famous for its wines), plus lots more.
